I seem to be on a Naoko kick.

Naoko chewed thoughtfully on the apple while sitting in the first-floor dining room. Beside her, one of the Riders, Kenzaki, sat looking at her homework. "I'm not sure," he admitted apologetically. "It's been a long time since I was in school."
She nodded. "It was nice of you to look anyway, Kenzaki-san," she told the Rider. "It's not like I can ask Dad." She hoped her resentment didn't show up on her face; she didn't want people to realize how much she disliked her "father". Besides, he was probably too busy screwing Cap or one of his devotees.
Naoko didn't want to have a discussion on why she wasn't sleeping with the devotees, either, especially since she'd been on birth control practically the moment she started her periods. She just wasn't interested in sleeping with any of them - not that Cap wanted to sleep with her, thank goodness.
"It's not a problem," Kenzaki-san said cheerfully. "I wanted to see if I still remembered." He looked over at her. "Do you want to go to college?"
"Even if I did, I'd have to afford it on my own - and you know what happened the last time I mentioned work in Dad's presence." Daddy's little girl was never going to work if Daddy had anything to do with it. Naoko wanted to be a productive member of society, and the odds of her managing it were getting less and less as she got older and older. She was going to have to run away from home to get the freedom she desired, to run away from the life her father wanted for her. "It didn't work out too well, if you'll excuse the pun."
Kenzaki-san was her father's partner too, sometimes. It wasn't like he had a choice in the matter. And he was not allowed to work either. He wasn't allowed to live up to his potential because as far as her father was concerned, this was his potential.
But it wasn't his, like this wasn't hers.
"I know," he said, and grimaced. He knew as well as she did what life they led here, prisoners of those who thought they loved. Kenzaki-san wasn't ever going to be free, but Naoko would be. She hoped. If she was smart enough.
And she was smart enough, and she would be free.
