Summary: Tanya isn't sure what to make of the newest Ranger.


This is set during the Turbo movie, based completely on Tanya's expression when Justin announced that he was the new Blue Ranger. The characters belong to Saban, not me, and I'm using them without permission.

I'm so glad not to be the newest Ranger.

Still, I want to have a word with Rocky when I get back. From everyone's expressions, I'm not the only one. Twelve is far too young to be a Ranger, and even if it wasn't, I wouldn't pick Justin to be Rocky's replacement. Somebody sure had a strange sense of humor.

I'm surprised. Zordon and Alpha vetted him, though, so I guess he's okay. I'm just so *afraid* for him, remembering my first fights. My first really bad fights, because I still didn't know much about fighting. I was lucky not to get killed.

At least I wasn't over-enthusiastic. I'd never heard of the Rangers before I became one. Justin's too eager. He might get overconfident in a fight and get himself killed.

He'll have the rest of us to protect him, in any case. The team has protected me, taught me how to fight. We'll protect him. We are a team, after all.

He doesn't belong here. Not really. But I guess it's too late to turn back. We'll have to go after DivaTox and hope he doesn't get killed.

But he might be fine. He might even make a great Ranger. Just not today.

Maybe not ever.
